Job Description:
As a Test Engineer at TicketKart, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our event ticketing platform. You'll be responsible for designing and executing test plans, identifying bugs, and working closely with developers to resolve issues. Your work will directly contribute to the smooth operation of TicketKart, enhancing the experience for event organisers and attendees.
Responsibilities
- Create and run test plans
- Find and report bugs
- Work with developers to fix issues
- Perform manual and automated testing
- Enhance QA processes
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Strong testing skills and tools knowledge
- Familiarity with Agile
Nice to have
- Experience with Jira, Trello, Confluence
- Performance/security testing experience
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
- Mobile app testing
