Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients while also actively engaging in marketing efforts to promote TicketKart's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing for TicketKart Product:
    Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote TicketKart's products and services.
    Create engaging content for various marketing channels such as social media, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
    Collaborate with the marketing team to execute marketing initiatives and campaigns effectively.
  2. Lead Generation and Conversion:
    Identify potential leads through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
    Engage with prospects to understand their needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of TicketKart's solutions.
    Convert leads into clients through effective communication and relationship-building.
  3. Follow-Up Calls with Clients:
    Conduct follow-up calls with clients to ensure satisfaction with TicketKart's products and services.
    Address any concerns or issues raised by clients and provide timely resolutions.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term loyalty and retention.
  4. Social Media Management:
    Manage TicketKart's social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
    Monitor social media channels for relevant conversations and opportunities to engage with the community.
    Respond to inquiries and comments from followers in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Customer Support on Calls:
    Provide prompt and effective support to clients via incoming calls, emails, and chat. o Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions or escalate to the appropriate team members as needed.
    Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectations.

Must Have

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills.

  • Experience in writing online content
  • Additional languages
  • Google Adwords experience
  • Strong analytical skills
